My husband Tony was cutting Kiwi fruit for desert one evening when I was asked to assist. Instead of helping I laughed, and said, "can you see what you are cutting up?" Of course I was given a blank look as if I was mad. Look! I said, this is a green dam with synchronised swimmers in it. I took the slice and immediately photographed it. By adding the little red swimming caps and splashing legs the artwork was created, with many smiles all around.
