The colours and texture of a piece of old corrugated iron built into part of an old ruined stone cottage in the Flinders Ranges SA. caught my attention. Looking closely at it The rusty textures looked like sail boats on a lake. The colours help set the scene. Adding the sails and the moon and a few birds, the composition "Beached 5"came to life.
