As seen in the reflections of "National Carilion" on Lake Burleigh Griffin in ACT at twilight . Turning the photo vertically, the image reminded me of the huge statue of Christ the Redeemer, overlooking Rio de Janeiro. The title of this artwork came about as it was a MONUMENT in the ACT where the government did a lot of BALANCING. The lady had a lot of weight on her shoulders and the black and white birds could tip the balance depending where they landed.
