The famous 3801 steam engine was returned to service after approx 15 years of restoration. It was on show on a beautiful day in July 2020, at the Thirlmere Railway Museum. I photographed it when the 12 noon whistle was blown. On viewing my photos when I was home I noticed a dog in the steam on top of the engine. That lead me to detail the dog and also the engine itself. This artwork was called "Full Steam Ahead".
NOTE: A copy of the original photo is included and is attached to the back of the artmount.
